A good sleep hugely strengthens your immune system. With the break in our regular routine, one thing we can focus on is getting better quality sleep. ✨
In order to do your day well, you need to do your night well too!
Try these 4 steps to a great night's sleep...
Keep your bedtime/wake time regular. It's proven as the best way to get a good night's sleep.
Exposure to natural daylight in the morning. Getting some early morning daylight exposure will sweep away excess melatonin levels (the sleep hormone), giving you a clear head for the day AND this will support your natural sleep cycle to kick in night.
Exercise to alleviate stress and release pent up energy and help you sleep deeply at night.
Use ambient lighting in the evening to do the opposite of morning daylight exposure. This helps boost the melatonin production and settle you in for a good, deep sleep.
