So I injured my shoulder (probably from sleeping awkwardly) which I honestly thought would put me out of action for a lot longer than a couple of days. I hate that feeling so tonight I pushed it and I feel great about it. I didn't trigger the muscle and took it slow at first. I didn't let it be my excuse. I wont quit moving to my goal. This isn't a time to give up. It's the moment I push through. I'm just you're average guy who works his 48 hours in construction, goes home to a wife and kids, gets his stuff done and makes time to improve myself.
